★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this chaos this was one place I managed to arrange for a home collection of sample for my 90+ year old grandmother.. antigen test. Thought I was blessed to manage this. Appointment time was 11am but with multiple messages and calls they came over by 5pm. Thought now it's just a report needs to be shared so no more hassle. The number shared online does not work. Antigen test done and reports.not received via email even after 3.5 days. The number shared online does not work. The owner does not ans the phone .. replys to what's app messages..not received even after been read.. or replies rec at the end of the day. Person who.collected the samples also doesn't ans the phone for any follow ups. Not a single call bk or reassurance on receipt of the reports. Can some one pls.call me and share the reports..coz now I'm.being forced to do a rapid test as v can wait any further

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The person behind the counter is very rude. Samples weren't given on time to the laboratory, results not delivered on said time, with a delay of 4 hours. They do not know Customer Service, and will yell and cut the phone on your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular client of Ace Diagnostic Centre for twelve years. Regular blood check up for diabetes. Also all inclusive annual check up. Have been thoroughly satisfied with the service. Reports are delivered on time. Keep it up.
