That Christian lady so called nurse doesn't knw to behave with patients and their relatives properly. Who is the owner plz have a look on ur staff's. The problem with tht lady only. So who ever is coming b carful........they forcefully told us to do lft and rft test whc was dont needed tht time of mri. Cost around 900 for both test and separate for mri.we went to there only for mri not for lft and kft they forced us to do and we told he had taken tea in the morning they didn't listen and forced us to do test. Outside in other pathlab it cost around 400 max to 500 but here goa scam center it cost approx 900..... Plz b carfull

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend sane and eldeely citizens to avoid using goa scan center for the reason that they are not professionals , the lady answering the phone will keep on avoiding giving the report after 2 days also , the technician wants his 500 extra on a Sunday , if u use it in a hurry be assured you will not get your reports on time atleast 72hr delay , for the owner may god give u the lesson you deserve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very warm and complying staff. Always get the reports on time. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I see that a few people have posted bad reviews but I think they need to understand that with medical testing and reports, one needs to have patience and also be considerate of uncertainty and emergencies that the doctors might have to engage in sometimes. Every patient is a priority. I think they are doing a wonderful job. Would recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse scan center ever....my mom had high diabetes and Bp issue she couldn't even walk coz her leg was wounded my appointment was at 12.00 and I reached by 12.15 ...they didn't understand I requested them so much just to allow mom to get a another appointment in an hour or so but refused me and I had to come back to Assagao for the next appointment at 5pm heartless staff very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go to for a Scan. Staff are pathetic and are not professional at all. Just been there for a Scan and made us wait for one hour. Staff keep wondering around having no clue with what is going on in the Clinic. After the Scan is done... they make you wait for another 1 hour for the reports. We informed them that it was an emergency and they convinced us that it was for 15 minutes. If they would have informed us the time frame for the Scan, we would have visited another place. The reports took 1 hour to type by the staff saying that it was a very lengthy report, but came out to be just 1 and a half page of simple observations. No trained staff and absolutely stupid behaviour and attitude.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SCAN CENTRE. YOU WILL BE LEFT IN TOTAL IRRITATION. SAVE YOUR TIME AND FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR YOUR SCANS. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there expecting a long wait for my mri and various other pre surgery test . With limited time on hand to get the test completed I was very pleased . I spoke to their person on phone and scheduled a time and when I got there I did not have to wait . Staff was prompt and attentive and accommodating . Facilities looked basic but was clean . Overall a very good experience . The previous reviews I read were misleading . The center far exceeded our expectations in terms of service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading all the reviews I was a bit skeptical about this place, but I'm glad to say I had a pretty good experience. I asked them about the report date right in the beginning and they gave me a call on the promised date. Prices are also competitive and reasonable. Seating area is nice and clean. Additionally, they follow the standard procedures of cleaning and sanitizing the magnetom before and after each patient. I'd just recommend everyone to clear up your terms with them right at the start and everything will be smooth.
P.s: Please book an appointment before the visit to avoid unnecessary hassle.
