Do not trust Achalare Realtors because of employees like this, they will act oversmartly and will cause lot of pain once you purchase flat.

Some design issues were repaired by Abhijeet Sir. Thanks for that.
Quality of product used in flat could have been better.
Contains good staff in Achalare Team like Nameeta Mam.
Thanks for replacing Mansi with better staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started staying here(#citrine) from fews months. While taking flat over here, sales person convinced me to provide hard to soft water plant for domestic use, I was concerned about this from beginning because of skin & hair problem. But now when I am here water softener
still missing. They also mentioned that in agreement but still they didn't provide it. Feeling cheated because of this. Facing big skin and hair issues currently as it is hard water. It is not worth to invest lakhs of rupees when you don't get basic things.
Also when I raised an email communication on this no firm reply from the Achalare CRM team. The lady named Nameeta always give me future date and it is almost a month now.
So, there is no way the builder will meet you as there is no medium to reach him.
From above instance I can definitely say builder is here to only make money, he doesn't care about customer's.

It was an extremely pleasant experience interacting with Achalare Realtors right from the day, we make up our mind to buy our Dream House in one of their project “HONEY DEW”
To being with showing the plot they have been up front and transparent in all their dealing. Gave a proper land outs pertaining to payment schedule(own contribution + bank).
At every step they kept me updated on project construction status by sending the images, also they did some interior changes as per my requirement.
I was always welcome on the site to see the physical work done by Achalare Realtors by the construction team and sales team. It was a great experience. I wish good wishes to the Achalare Realtors Team for their bright progress in Future.
Overall I am Very satisfied after investing money with Achalare Realtors.

Respected Achalare builder, request you to don't promise your customers that you can not accomplish.
Many of us are from small family who cannot fight against you, but don't take anyone for granted.
आम आदमी जाग गया तो मुश्किल हो जायेगी

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ground floors is taken by Pantaloons, first two floors are occupied by some it company. Upper floors are reserved for owners that is achlare's.
Top view is awesome, parking entrance is quite narrow with max allowable height 7 feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me, never ever consider any good reviews here. Sales person will give you fake commitment. Never trust that information and commitment. Residents here are struggling a lottttttttt since last 4 years, and trust me builder and his team a truly fraud people and dont even bother. I will definitely tell everyone that never trust on this builder's any of the project . They say there a RO, BOREWELLS, 24hrs water cleaning staff, they dont even pay poor cleaning staff salaries for 3 months and then there is nobody to look into this. They will completely cheat on you even for parking. They charge you in lacks and then u get the worst parkings which were kept shiny when u visit the project. Water supply is through water tankers and whatever water they provide is literally a drainage water to our taps, u can not even hold it in hands.. it smells terrible. Drinking water is ordered from near by village by all the residents daily. We pay every day for This basic need. I request everyone to think 100 times before buying his property.
