★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The materials are slightly expensive. Most importantly, you need to preserve the purchase bill of any item which you intend to return otherwise they reimburse less than the price you paid for it. It borders on going back on their word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. I paid using UPI and the money has been debited from my account. Merchant claims he has not received the money. Now I have written confirmation from ICICI bank (with all transaction and reference IDs) that money has been credited to receiver's account. Even on sharing all the written communication with the merchant, he is refusing to refund me. Now I dont know where my money has gone, but other merchants have refunded me in such cases after confirming their bank account statements. Better avoid dealing here, or don't pay by UPI.
