★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take livo bike from achive and at the same time I discusse with manager to give me 5 free service (include 3 basic service) he verbally angry with me but when I go for my 4 service he tells to give in writing that we provide service or not.
So when you buy any vehicle from achieve Honda and you do some deal with manager than please take in writing in your invoice.

Can't provide perfect solution of fault. Not preferred for old two wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer relationship management very poor in service in terms of commitments I was trying to reach on call after submit my bike in service I call them so many times but they are not answering my single call I tried calling even after lunch break if they are very concern about thier lunch time you can see my screenshots that much of call they receive but no single callback they try on the same number I think they don't have facilities to see the missed calls

They have charged much more labour.
They are having different schemes like under coating, rust spray, care kit, etc for additional money gathering. Don't get tricked in to that.
They have spoiled electricals of my activa.
Instructions clearified by Mr. Adarsh misra that CDI and its wiring are at backside part but in actually it is on front side part. Since i can claim my activa for spoiler they are providing total wrong information.
Need to improve in many factors by the serive station.
If such things happen everytime, cutomer satisfaction goes to zero level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are not good or say not to the satisfaction to the customer need. As the people working are having too much attitude and unprofessional team members. And they don't want to change themselves being adamant... So best of Luck to Achieve team and hope for the best in near future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had put my hornet 160r for rear wheel sound .
I know the problem about my bike. I Clearly told them rear wheel bearing is damage so replace but they don't understand my problem after explaining about 10 to 15 min they accept my bike for replacing bearing I kept my bike and left.after 4,5 hours they call me to tell, your rear wheel bearing hole is widened so you will need to replaced whole wheel rim which cost you to 6500. I know about the problem I immediately respond pls leave the bike there is no need to replace the wheel rim.
After I reach the service centre and took my bike , visit near local mechanic. The guy at local mechanic centre are more knowledgeable he took only 30 min of time open the wheel I saw there is not a problem of bearing hole widened and honda service centre guy not even open the wheel because damage bearing inside if they open then damage wheel bearing may be not able to put inside exactly and afterward replace two bearing at cost of
(Bearing cost = 250+100+ 150(labour) total 500).
Now my bike is running smoothly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.They just fool the customers to take out money from them.
Please stay alert and have a look on the service items which are necessary and which are not .
They added carbon cleaner to my vehicle which is actually required after 3000km, and charged me the amount.
My vehicle actual run is 2000km.
