★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year during lock down I had an accident. After information there was quick response from ACKO team, they asked me to fill the online form and upload pics of damage. Next day I got the estimate and amount got credited same day in my account.
Their team was off due to lock down and their tie up garages was closed, still they settled my claim. I was quite impressed with their quick response and settlement....overall good service.

The local surveyors and processing associates are very professional and understand customer need. Overall an overwhelming experience. I wish and recommend others to be with Acko Insurance Ltd . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from Acko. They provided me with 80% Coverage for my repair bill with 20% Co-Pay. Insurance premium I paid is half of what I would pay if made insurance with some other company. Their follow up on the claim is good. Also got reimbursement in my account at the time of car delivery.

ACKO, such a great experience with the whole thing, starting from the claim until the end of vehicle delivery. They were with me every step of the way. A very friendly atmosphere throughout, and super fast too. Thanks :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prompt response and service was appreciated. The best thing I like is the email updates of the work status at the garage and the amount approved and how much to be paid by the customer. These updates I haven't received from my previous insurance company. I definitely recommend to my friends.

Recently my car got dent due to small accident. I must appreciate the team work. Same day inspection done and projected amount came to my account. I was amazed. If this service continue I will surely continue ACKO and recommend all my friends and relatives.
