★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misguided my purchase decision on belkin HDMI cable that was shorter in length and this was Inspite of carrying a sample HDMI cable that I showed for reference. Refused to exchange it as well stating it will be loss for him, whereas such reputed brands offer exchange for purchases made on line. No customer orientation and rude behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of this store is the suggestions and the genuinity. This comes from the good experience they have.I lost my windows 7 key so after some issue at my laptop i was not able to install the genuine windows so installed cracked version. But when i went to this store to upgrade SSD, they have retrieved the windows product key and installed the genuine windows 10. Which is why giviing 5 stars :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place on two different occasions. The owner, Pankaj, seems to be a very honest chap. First time around I bought a universal power adapter. Second time around I went to inquire about a surge protector but he asked me what I needed it for and then recommended that I just buy a power splitter (power extension with multiple outlets) because, according to him, I did not need a surge protector with multiple power outlets. To be noted, that he did not have a power extension to sell and advised that I buy from an electrical hardware store. I also inquired about wifi range extenders. He took the time to ask me about the layout and type of my accommodation and eventually suggested I try and do a hard wired LAN extension. Again, Pankaj did not try to see me his WiFi repeaters pointing at them and stating "they are useless". I guess he keeps them for people who just come to buy it but don't ask for his advice.
I plan to go to this person again for my computer and computer peripheral needs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Mr. Pankaj is knowledgeable and is able to help out really well. They deliver in stipulated time and they have helped me out with my 3 year old laptop and now its working like a 1 year old laptop. Budget Friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store after a friend suggested that i visit for my computer requirements, my first impression wasn't so great as the store had mostly empty cartoons stacked in its window but was surprised by the owner's almost child like enthusiasm to get my requirements addressed. He suggested options after hearing my requirements and doesn't try to push expensive items or unnecessary repairs like most stores do, i was very impressed by his work and honesty and would recommend his services for any computer related sales & services in Sarjapur!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, Got a CCTV system with a lot of cameras installed in our building by Acme. I gave Acme the freedom to create a cost effective "Sane Configuration" that will last for 10 years. The Acme Boys worked with my electrical contractor and got it running with the best field of view coverage. Really happy that my resident tenants have a device that makes them feel safe and secure ! Thank you Acme - It was a long day! You just did it
