★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a charger for a trimmer bought abroad, could not find it but full marks for Arjun. That kid is a customer delight, taking the details, getting it from outside and following up with me to go back there to check it out. Finally it did not work out for me but the effort put forth by Arjun for a few hundred rupees charger is no doubt the best i have seen with a shopkeeper after a long time. Instead of all effort when it did not work out, i felt bad for the kid’s effort and appreciated him and he gave a smile back saying “ye toh kaam hai hamara” - he has earned my business till I am in this neighbourhood- great job Arjun , keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Battery for my laptop - was told that the battery is original and witha 6 month warranty - however shop owner said thay have seen no complaints - however just a day before my 6 month ended I realized battery not giving any backup- this was on a sunday - next day when i spoke he told he cant help and company wouldnt do anything.. I had a similar experience with my Keyboard and nmouse combo - from the same place this was a 3 year warranty and within 6 months it had issues - It took my 15 + days to get a simple mouse keyboard replaced with multiple followups. I guess they need to work out their vendors better and better post sales support . Presales is really good and they give good deals though.
