β β β β β Beware if they ask you to change hard disk . This is their trick to loot and fix any issue as that is easy and give th more money/comission. I have experience of two laptops where there was no issue with hard disk. Technicians are dumb and rude if u question logic .there is one lady outside who knows nothing just repeat same general lines. There are many technicians who give home service for laptop , try them, my experience had been better there .

β β β β β Is situated bang on the main road. No specific parking available, but you can park your vehicle in the nearby lane.
Had a good experience here. Went in for corrupted hard disk. The guy there explained us what was wrong and replaced the disk. He gave us some pointers about laptops too.
Overall, for me it was no fuss experience.

β β β β β Very good experience with our HP pavilion laptop repair. We had a fan issue and they were quite prompt in honouring the delivery timeline commitment. Just a day old but laptop is holding up well.
Good stock of accessories too. Lastly Store is well positioned in HSR in terms of parking, location and also cleanliness which is critical factor for me.
