★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers are not good . They will be gossiping till u buy something. They won't show us any other options as well. And while payment they will behave like they have never seen the money. Negative sales centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing a very disappointing experience, their card machine did not work and they got us to swipe twice. However the money got debitted twice and we have been made to run around for over 3 months but no respite.Even after showing valid proof of the transactions, they have not credited back and the store and their accounts team have been extremely unresponsive.No professionalism at all,not expected from a well known brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to one of the haute couture places to shop for ethnic and western clothes or a combination, however with outlets like soch etc.popping up the variety is Ltd and the apparels are over - priced. Quite a disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is decent biba store, They have got good collections and the staff is also very friendly. They have both material and ready made collection, there is trial room available at both floors.
Parking will be tough to find around and this is tow away zone.

The team managing the store is quite sloppy and slow. Took them a really long time to get the billing done.
