Staff here tries their best to solve all of your queries and also helps you to get best offers for your purchase. Very friendly environment and nice people which gave me a home like feeling. Keep up the good work! I would highly recommend Samsung SmartCafe HSR to get your next Samsung smartphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bizarre and unpleasant experience. I was looking for a 45W charging brick and other accessories for S22 Ultra. The sales executive even though claimed he had stock, denied to sell any accessories on the premise that i didn't buy the phone at his store. So when did SAMSUNG started not to sell accessories if one is not purchasing brand new phone every time an accessory is bought?
The guy at this store said that he will not sell accessories unless one buys a brand new phone at his store.
Would not recommend buying any thing at this store. Perhaps this will need to be tweeted at SAMSUNG Leadership as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the best in store experiences. I went to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra and got amazing offers from the store. Although initially it was not available, within 2 days I got a call from the store asking me to pick up the S22 ultra.
The staff were extremely courteous and also happened to get additional discounts on the day I purchased the phone.
The store manager Roopesh in particular is extremely knowledgeable about the products.
Would reccomend anyone purchasing Samsung phones, watches and accessories to consider their purchase from this store rather than shopping online or at a multi brand retail outlet.
Special thanks to salesmen Aslam and Syed for making this a pleasant and memorable purchase experience.

They are very much responsive in nature. The interior is very beautiful. This store looks stunning. And last but not the least, the price. I must say, here I have got the best deal in the whole city.
