Bought an AC from this showroom a week ago. They badly pushed us to go for Godrej 1Ton one with a bunch of offers and we ended up buying one.
Delivery was prompt and the person who came for installation did a terrible job. The massive hole drilled was not sealed and the water outlet pipe was not even extended. Since, I was not home at the time of installation, by the time I noticed, it was late evening and I tried contacting both showroom and the installation guy. Now its been a week and no serious response from either of them!! Looks like I will have to do it by myself!! And the VIP suitcase that was part of the offer, never reached home yet!! Never again to Pai!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have taken mobile Samsung A50. It's very nice mobile. Also taken home appliances. Sales person is very good. But cost wise little bit high.
Showroom is very good maintaining clean and neat. I can give Five Stars but due to late delivery product I'm giving Four stars only. Delivery in such cases customer requirements is very urgent not all customers.
In delivery section I'm not satisfied or happy.
Other than all ok.

We bought an air cooler which was supposed to be delivered on the same day but it took two days and everytime they said that it will be delivered today.
They claim Free Delivery but they actually don't do it.The guy from shop had asked me to give 50 rupees for the driver,the guy who came to deliver asked 100 rupees in the name of driver.
Then finally the cooler was delivered but it didn't look brand new.Seems they have given the same one from the display,the plug and wire are scratched and dirty.I had been told that a new one will be delivered from warehouse but if this is the condition of a new product then i dont know how they are maintaining the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a faber chimney from Pai International HSR layout Branch on 27 July 2021. On Dec 29th, I was sitting in my living room and my mom was in kitchen when suddenly I heard a loud scary noise of something getting blasted. It was so dangerous that I got panicked by the sound of glass break. When I went inside the kitchen, the hob glass got cranked and clattered all over the place in the kitchen. Luckily my mother escaped didn't get hurt. After that I called the customer care number and asked them for immediate escalation but there is no response yet. Initially they said glass will not get warranty/ Guarantee coverage, and I have explained them about unsual blast, till now this issue haven't resolved, i never expected this from pai International coz I'm regular customer done many business in garvebavipalya and hsr layout branch. Tolerated these many days seems ill not get any justification.
