★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been buying jeans from various levis stores for past so many years. Never in my life had such a bad experience like in this store. The sales man was urging me to get from the section he showed for like 6-7times in my 1.5hours shopping. He was seeing low on us for buying the ones in offer section! Also nobody in the store were aware about online vouchers available when asked which voucher is valid, they reply on a harsh tone saying " you buy then only we will also know" what on earth is such a response from the manager of the store!
If you want to shop smooth, please avoid this store and go to other levis store!

She helped us a lot to choose the right jeans, one of the best shopping experiences. You Should definitely visit the store if you are looking for a great shopping experience

Arijit, who was our aid, did a great job in showing us around and suggesting probable clothing.All in all, quite satisfied with the whole experience and my best wishes to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store collection was average. Not as great as they have in Phoenix mall. While I did get a jean of my choice and Levi's as a brand is always great, i had the worst customer experience. Extremely rude, argumentative, and unfriendly manager. I would never ever visit the store only because of the store managers sick attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before making the purchase we asked atleast 2 sales person about any upcoming offer both of them said there is no offer. Right very next day they had buy 2 get 2 offer. Upon enquiring the next day staff replied they weren't aware of the offer. It's sad to see people playing these kind of dirty games just to sell their products. If anyone from the staff is reading this then I am not going to buy anything from Levi's 27th main outlet anymore.
