★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service I ever got. Imroz and Shahbaaz have good knowledge on what they are doing and they go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I had issues with desktop and with my wd 2tb hard disk. They fixed my desktop, retrieved my pics from hard disk and to top it off they exchanged my 2tb which was still in warranty and gave me 3tb wd hard disk. All this as the best price. Thank you so much Imroz. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this service centre to describe the issue happened to my laptop. The issue was about strange colors displaying on the screen.
So one of the shopkeeper just checked my laptop without opening it and told it’s a display problem and LCD screen needs to be replaced and the cost would come around 4-5k. But i still told them it maybe due to display connector cable which may have to be replaced but they’re not even ready to agree. They were telling 90% Display screen problem. But today i showed in one more service centre they properly checked first internally what’s the problem near the display screen. So he concluded that it was cable connector that has to be replaced so he replaced it for 1200/-. See the difference friends this shop would’ve totally fooled me if i was not clever enough at that time. This kind of fraud activities has to be reported to the District Magistrate of Karnataka. He will take strict actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, Customer friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop got repaired in few hundreds, and within an hour, whereas another next door repair centre, had no idea of the problem, and asked for a 1500 Rs for a change of component, when actually it was not the problem.
