Cromac Data have recovered 100% of all my files/pictures/videos, I have not lost anything during my recovery from my old hard drive that stopped working. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cromac data recovery were able to recover my photos and videos from my failed hard drive. Western Digital recommended them to me. Once they had my hard drive, I received feedback with a couple of days and my recovered data very soon after that. They also helped me afterwards with accessing files. I can't speak highly enough of the Cromac team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you first start researching data recovery it can be pretty scary. My external hard drive with 5 years worth of the whole family's photos and backups couldn't be read. I found Cromac with a simple Google and liked both the location and testimonials. I sent some screen shots in and then gave Sunil a call. Perfectly explained, no data - - no charge, could give an exact quote on inspection. I took it in, gave the go-ahead and a few days later (and that was the economy service) I had an email with a list of the files recovered. I now have all of my files for about an 8th of the price of printing all the photos. The service reminded my of how great service should be. Many Thanks....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our RAID array failed I was recommended to go straight to Cromac. I must say that I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had. I was most impressed by their flexibility to help me out. Also they did all they could to recover my data, of which 100% was recovered. I wish I knew more people with broken hard drives to recommend to him but in the event it does happen, I will ensure they contact Cromac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given up hope of recovering important technical files from my damaged portable hard drive. Two "data recovery" companies had looked at the drive and both told me it was too damaged to recover any files. However, I was suspicious of their efforts because neither company ever gave me progress reports. I decided to give it one last attempt and sent the drive to Cromac Data Recovery. Not only did Sant. give me progress reports, he described their recovery process that appears to be different (and far better) from other companies.
I just received a new portable drive with the recovered files. I am absolutely elated that Cromac Data was able to recover all the files. This has saved me countless weeks of trying to recreate some of the files. It has also taught me a valuable lesson to back up files more frequently. Should I ever have another drive go bad on me, I won't hesitate to send it to Cromac Data Recovery. My sincerest thanks to them for their successful efforts.!

Wished I'd gone there first. They were able to recover all of my irreplaceable valuable information (documents, photos, music files etc. which I thought had gone forever. Very reasonable price too. Excellent work and would definitely recommend Cromac to anyone needing their valuable data recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had saved a bunch of memorable family photos and videos onto a usb drive and thought they would be safe. I later found my drive to be corrupted, and my priceless family photos and videos lost. When I called Cromac they were friendly and helpful on the phone. They told me I could come in and drop off my drive for a free 5 mins evaluation. I decided to drop my drive off and see if they could fix it or get the data. Their office is super easy to find, it is located just next to the Reliance Digit store in Sarjapur Road. When I got there, they suggested me to get some coffee and proceed into the office. Sunil tested my drive and walked me through their evaluation and pricing estimates.The price was reasonable, and the timeframe excellent. My family photos and videos were fully recovered. If you’re looking for Data Recovery, these are the guys to call.
