★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased hetich hydraulic shutter closer. It was initially making some sound. Couldn't make it know that it was faulty so it broke after 1 day. Called the shopkeeper. Quite unpleasant in replacement. Saying it was fixing issue while the regular carpenter buying from there took for me. Asks me to call company for everything. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend the shop to anyone. Previous hardware shop in the same place was extremely good
