★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience here . We ordered for glass without holes and clamp , and we get glass with holes and were told its a mistake . Since we had less time we had to take this and pay extra for the holes and also the fittings !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop. They purposely delay the delivary. No opology. Polishing work was horible. Unprofessional staff. Dont got to this shop. If u get irritated because of delay. They might get angry. They will treat u as if you have taken loan by ordering glass. I preferd to give zero star but thats not an option.

But customer service is so poor..they charged extra for delivery which was not even communicated and they also didn't unload... highly disrespectful...they asked us to take back glasses if we are arguing... Please deal with the shopkeeper at your own risk. Seriously worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys please beware buying glass from this shop. Few things to ensure
1. Don't make any advance payment because if any issues later they will not take responsibility
2. Ensure the glasses are 200% cleaned and checked properly. The surface on which they clean the glass is very dusty. Once the glass is out from the shop they will not entertain you
3. Thier staff is very arrogant and rude. So don't expect any after service.
4. Also if possible arrange your own transport because I receive chipped glass but not sure where exactly it happened. No one took the ownership.

For any item they said no delivery. Surprisingly for glass and plywood kind of things, how the customer will manage.
Its not a grocery store. If you request, they call the auto person and ask you to coordinate.
Complete bullshit shop.
