Worst branch even seen , wealth mgmt ask for high amt of cheque to open even all document, cheque agreed personally visited to submit documents. They promised 1 day to open a/c after multiple follow up they took 1 week to revert got scared with service. Stay away from wealth mgmt. Their service seems worst ever I have seen.

There are waste employees are working there they doesn't know any thing. I was visited for account activation but no one can not respond me simply wasting my time after said that we don't have authorized to activate you have to visit bellandoor.

No point inmaintaining a branch with many employees and a security guard..They never maintain even 1 lakh balance, they route custoers to other branches..

One of the worst ICICI branch I would say where the people working never want to help the customers including the branch manager Anil. I have banked and been to several ICICI bank branches and have never seen/experienced anything like this. I am currently in the US n my debit card got blocked. So based on customer care advice, they raised a new debit card request and was delivered to the nearest branch. Apparently the nearest branch turned out to be this one. The customer care advised me that my family member should be able to collect it with ID proof. But the people in the branch don’t seem to cooperate at all. They don’t seem to be interested in helping at all. They’re asking me to physically mail a copy of authorization mail from US to India as if ICICI is going to pay me for the mail shipping cost. I insisted that I can provide all my documents from the register email ID and my brother who was going to collect it provided his ID proof. They did not seem to budge or help during this pandemic times. I explained that I have some family emergency and need to do some money transactions and for that I need the debit card - nothing made any difference. Very poor customer service. I will never bank with this branch in future.

I had visited the branch for my address change and NPS account opening. Even after facing technical glitches a lot of time the employees were dedicated enough to get my things done in an hour or so. Special mention to Sharath from Retail, with whom I have interacted multiple times over call for any small retail banking related doubt I had. The branch should improve technology and network capabilities, which is lacking compared to other ICICI bank branches I have been to, especially Mumbai ones.

Such an inefficient branch. Takes ages to do something that literally takes less than 2 mins. That too in non-rush hours. I had to visit twice because of unknowledgeable staff.

When I visited bank branch first they just removed dormancy.. (one month back) but didn’t make it functional.. I can’t debit money. To debit, I had to visit again for removing freeze. 7days passed no progress Why does a customer visit branch - to make account functional - but no they expect you to know banking jargons, when they themselves don’t know. So the summary is : Because of few people, we suffer. I would like to your notice that even Dy. manager, she is unable to use the ICICI banking portal herself and unable to defreeze my account after 7days of submitting application. Poorer than RRB (rural regional bank) service. Sorry ICICI
