★ ★ ★ ★ ★ return the call. After a strong message. He then sent someone home to delivery the laptop and then calls us up and told that because we gave negative comment he delivered the laptop late. In addition to all this he said he has a lot of positive comments from customers and with one negative comment nothing will happen.
I will not advice anyone to deal with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences i have ever had, they have taken visiting charge as 250 on the spot and nothing tested saying that some issue with the board and taken to their third party lab. Again they came up saying it will cost around 2k for fixing which doesn't makes sense. Later on asking to return, they asked 300 rs fitting charge without fixing and has to be paid before delivery...Anyone has more money please visit here...They kept my printer[its been 2 weeks]as i have asked to bring my printer back and will pay as i was not confident what parts are replaced...it was good experience for me as i learnt how the business is of home delivery.. As it was a low cost printer so it was not a great loss as i would have to throw that to dustbin but i got a good experience before giving expensive ones to any local shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service really. Sushant had come to Repair my MacBook and Install Windows. There were some issues with the laptop that were not expected, yet he persisted and finished the work. He spent good about of time, and very politely finished the work. Very thankful for the service and commitment. Definitely recommend it to others for any laptop related service. Ak computers

Changing my rating to one, my printer they repaired didn't last for even 10 pages. There engineer will force you to give 5 star rating after the repair.
