★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a battery problem and it has been sorted out (replaced battery works well so far). The only drawback was the extended dates due to supplier, transport, maybe due to pandemic, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the authorised service centre. Went here yesterday to repair my laptop but they said they are not authorised service centre, they only repair laptops which is not in warranty. Only the sale is authorised which is beside this service point. So basically in the name of authorised sale we people thinks this as authorised service centre as well. Google maps also says so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were pretty terrible, seemed more interested in going and having fun than actually helping me fix my laptop or even tell me where I can get it done instead. The first question that they asked was whether warranty is over or not, and I'm pretty sure that if it was under warranty, they would instantly tell me to go as they don't repair out of warranty items. Terrible attitude, rather go to the HP/Dell repair shop under the Chaayo's Shop, it's very good
