I had clearly told them about few specifications to which they confirmed to me in writing.. after the receiving the products the planters did not adhere to my specifications making it completely useless!! When I informed them about the same they promised to rectify it but later never received my calls or replied to my msgs.. I had to pay extra amount and get it rectified by someone else even though I paid these guz the complete amount..
Beware of doing business with these guz.. highly unprofessional!!
