★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Customer Care services. Before warranty they did there job. But when our machine got defected after warranty period, they are just visiting us for money. They charge for everything, for service visit and for parts s well. They never do their job properly in one time. They leave anything faulty so that we will call them again for service and they will charge it. And if we deny then they don't send any person for service.
My recommendation Don't buy any electronics from Mitashi, as they do not have good customer care services. I am really fed up of this company.
