★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good structure and environment, wind and temperature.
But social life is bit static due to less facilities and space available.
The management seems to be bit irresponsible in construction and well being of the community, might get better with time.
Just Ok, I would say there can be more better option out there around, but in case you have your work and friends around the manpada area you can choose this

Builder is not concerned and their team doesn't respond
Congested space at high cost, no dry area, towers are too close to each other, not much amenities
Not worth buying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated community. But very congested area. No air circulation. I went to see a room for rent, maintenance is good. But I feel some what no proper air circulation, very bad smelly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leakage all over the place. Amenities never build or ever available last 5 years. Ground floor is always dark. Also, be ready to pay 5000 + 900 GST if you are moving out for using elevator which is never maintained which is highest in all Thane society.

Acme ozone project is delayed for more then 7 to 8 years.
Customers are now begging to give possesion of the last 2 building Herbalia and Gengilia.
Now the Builder has given his other building work to Lodha they will also do the same with those customers with their internal handover and payment terms.
People are staying on Rent, paying emi and Acme is not completing the last few pending work and handing over to Customer. Customers are frustrated with this.
Everytime when people meet the Directors gives some date for restart of work which is not meet.
Not a good Builder.
