★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The PL in this company do not know how to train a new employees. They are just running after the number of calls you made. They will pressurise you to do 100calls a day. The fresher like me, who start learning, I was asked to close positions daily, do 90-100 calls a day in the 15days of my job. Such a ridiculous practice lead. He was very annoying and after working whole night, he use to call me Or a group call at 4:30am in the morning when you finish your work and expect some relief. Such a mannerless person I ever met. So, I would like to suggest the management that the PL should not disturb any recruiter at the end of the shift.
