★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever seen, they usually hire to those who can work in very less salary or to whom who are trainee so that they can do the work in free.. Whenever they see that they don't have the amount to give of salary they started fire and also will send you an email regarding your perforation and termination but before that they don't have any process of performance improvement plan (PIP) or any warning letter, whenever you speak up about your salary, you will get the alots of the issues in yourself by the company (ms Shivani), she will tell you that how many issues you have then on the second day you will get call that do not continue from today and will get you half or less than the half salary behalf the the words given by them (suppose you have salary 10k so you will get half of that) and when you ask that where is my left one they will say that as we have terminated you so we can give only this much.
I would request to those new comers or to those who are looking for job to join immediately..please check the company profile before joining so that you can get the right choice and can save your time to get spoil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked in the lucknow office and must say that they don't pay salary on time and the job work is sales which is being practised by forcefully selling companies products to foreigners. They dont even have a proper office. It is a like flat in which ACs too not work. There are no leaves given in this company. If you join this company you are going to regret it within two days.

Our senior member also decided not to work in this company because of same issue...
If you leave this organisation they will never let you go and never give you resignation letter..
I will suggest everyone not to work in this company as you will get no future.
