★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I had raised request for a new internet connection. I initially opted for a 1 month billing plan . They called me and convinced me to get a 6 months billing plan to get a free router. I paid rest of the amount . Post that ,they kept giving excuses and kept delaying the installation. It has been 5 days .haven't received it still .if this happens during installation I can imagine what will happen if we face any issue .
Utterly frustrating experience altogether.
