★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an option to get other Broadband offerong 50mbps but I read the reviews that service sucks. Others take upto a week to handle service request.
I found a local provider near my home named plug-in network's, offering lower speed 20mbps (they offer upto 30mbps max) and I opted for it considering the service part. He got my connection running within 2 hours of applying for it.
One day my router was troubling me, I called him and he was here within 10 minutes to fix the issue.
Last night my plan was due to be renewed. The net stopped working at 12am and at 12:06am I received a WhatsApp msg from the local person.
I see that your plan got renewed and your internet is not working. Please restart your router and it should work again.
He has even helped me apart from providing internet by recommending contacts for other needs.
Very happy with their services.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER OPT FOR THIS SERVICE PROVIDER, IT SUCKS!! Worst internet service.. I am not able to access simple FTP or other forums. when I called a guy who is responsible, he said our central IP is blocked. He assured me that it will be resolved in 2 days,but no solution now he is not picking up my call as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Ignorant about customers concern. They didn't refund me Rs.1000 which they took as a refundable deposit. 80% of the time service is down and had to call and message everytime. Don't waste your money here. Go for Hathway, Act or Airtel.
