Even customercare people have no updates on the fault tickets raised for the issue.
From last 48hours no proceeding on this case.
Very very very worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been contacting them for more than 2 weeks now to set up WiFi connection in my relocated location. They are utterly unprofessional people who knows only to give you false response and promises.
Their customer support is also pathetic.
Stay away from this ISP.

I have sent request for disconnection, for that also no response. Once I moved to another network , they keep.on calling for the amount amount,and their speechw very rude. Those needs to be fire off from the company . I never suggest this isp for anyone .
