★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont purchase this Act broadband as they mislead the customers and collect the payment from customers and damage your property. Technical team dont know how to check the connection and get it activated.
As the new connection was booked on 21/4/2021 and got the confirmation for fixing the connection.
On 22nd they told they will fix the new fibernet port box and installed it on to my wall and taken the power connection from my house and give the wire connection and all to the house.
Still there is no activation team turning up. Activation engineer told he is on the way since 22nd and nothing happened yet.
Now they are not even responding. They have damaged the property by drilling the wall without permission and created a mess here without giving connection or activation not done.
If they say connection is not possible, why did they take the payment and installed the new box by drilling the wall and taking the power connection from us? damaged the building in first place and fixed everything??????
Please dont buy their connection.
