★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from ACT broadband in JP Nagar 7th phase bengaluru. Just one month into this connection and 4 times already raised complaints for connectivity . Hope this will help someone in avoiding such pathetic services . Customer care is one more worst thing , these guys do not even know how to address customers , cannot give less than one Star

Excellent download speed and a very humble service team. Hardly 2 hours of disruption in last 10 months..that too it was informed in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad exposure towards this particular service provider. Charges 1000 Rs for installation, no wifi router router provided. Even for free installation plans, a customer is required to pay minimum 3 months in advance and still no wifi router is provided. The saddest part is their communication, illiterate bossy and rude conversations aggravate their services. Worst part is their internet doesn't work for most of the time and thier communication service is bad, I complained about not getting the service a couple of time to a given number. Later during the payment time a new number showed up and the person said that we dint complain that's why they dint provide the service. So their policy is to provide service only to the people who complain about their services else they just care about money. To sum it all if you are thinking of taking their services for 1 month they want you to pay separately for services(1000) + wifi router(1000) + installation (1000). Be a wise customer and choose other service providers you will get three months for the same money.
Note adding to the reply: I like to pay for the services that I use, if you can please check the status of usage you will see that hardly a modicum of data has been accessed. Adding to the router part, don't you think it is a direct open comment to other highly reputed players in the market like airtel, hathway and many more. Stating that others companies are not providing good service by giving free routers and your service is the best as you just concentrate on wiring and connection which never worked when i was using. To your satisfaction yes, I wrote the review when I was denied of the service due to your issues for several weeks. It resulted in downfall of my studies and work as I trusted your services. I'm not blaming you at all, you are the best if that what you claim to be and this the best as per you. I am addressing the difficulties I faced and helping other people to look through the plan pricing that you display on your website and in shop to know the hidden prices and the issues they will. I really do appreciate fast reply maybe 1 star rating justifies that. Keep up !
