★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't opt for their service. They are pathetic. Take all money in advance and refuse to help later. Customer service is not there at all. They refuse to pickup calls. I had problems even before they installed wifi at my place. Not even One day after installation, wifi box stopped working. They refused to pickup calls still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. At the time of payment I assured for connection within 4-5 days.I have already paid for 6 months. Connection is pending since 1 month. I wanted it for my child's online class. ACT employee Mr. Subhash(employee Id-21838) has stopped answering my call from past 15 days. I have already sent a mail but no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Mr Shubham from ACT Fibernet was very prompt in contacting me for new installation and for payment of plan for the whole year. Installation people came and since the ports in the existing box were full they installed a new box that too through our main MCB. On insisting that who would bear the electrical cost for the same I was told about the discount of 100rs/ month, otherwise this person would have duped me or the same as well. Any way without doing the main wiring they just installed the box and left.
Now Post that its been 3 days & Mr. Shubham is just giving false promises and now not responding to calls at all. Made complaint through their customer service also yet no update has been given. I always thought of ACT fibernet to be a reliable name but after this experience I might just switch my ISP. Stop wasting customers time and money.
-UPDATE-
Finally I've cancelled the connection through customer care and asked for a refund. Will opt for better internet providers like Tata sky fibernet now.
