Regret to have taken ACT connection. Thier service is atrocious,awfully difficult to reach thier call center numbers. Have requested to disconnect connection. During this difficult times when all are WFH, no internet. One thing good about them is frequent auto reply lies, which normally not followed. Earlier I get out, fortunate I would be. God bless me

Absolutely disappointed with the service they provided. Frequent disconnections. Errors in the billing which they refuse to correct or take 2-3 weeks to correct. The good internet speed doesn't feel very good when they don't care about their customers.

Very disappointing service from customer care as no ones answering the call during this hard time. As a company, our work is delaying due to their worst service. We also request you to change the team of your customer care and also engage more in the work of giving a proper service for a company and a customer.

One of the worst service in the city, if you are going for a new connection they will do everything properly till the time you have not made the payment but once payment is done they make you cry for everything. I have been ACT consumer, still receiving bills even after they have taken router and removed wire from my house. And that doesn't end there It was a 6 months plan, I was having ultra poor internet so after 3 months ( in the month of September) I cancelled the connection and asked for refund from that time till today I'm waiting for my money. God knows why people are using ACT.

Extremely poor internet service provider. Customer service is close to nil and extremely biased. New customers are given priority and are treated nicely while the old ones have to listen to ads for a long time before being connected to a customer service representative. Internet disconnects during power cut and reporting the problem will result in the issue being "resolved" as soon as the power is back on rather than actually fixing the problem. If you face internet downtime for a long time and want to get your money back for the duration of the downtime, good luck with that, as you will have to call their customer service and repeat the cycle again. Internet's speed drops randomly and gets restored just as randomly. Multiple devices will not be able to access the internet at the same time inspite of using good WiFi routers and if you want assistance with the issue, well, you guessed it right. The same customer service cycle. Their application only allows users to upgrade their plan while for downgrading you have to call the customer service. These are some of the issues.

One of the worst company. They are fooling the customers. If any internet problems, they have given customer care number, all are does not exist and also toll free number also same thing. We cannot contact any person in case of any internet problems. Only they will call if we don't pay the bill amount. The employees are so useless fellows, I can say the top level Management are only interested to earn the money, they don't want to serve the customers problems. The whole company making customers fool. I suggest all customers should file a case against the company for giving wrong customer care no Definitely we file a case against company Don't go for this internet service.

Horrible network which gets disconnected every 15 minutes and there’s no one to fix it. Please avoid and look for a better one

Its a fraud company. Worst experience with ACT i paid 3months + router plan amount in dec and they have changed the plan without intimating and i had to pay due amount now i got again the due amount if i ask they mention that the plan is changed. If you paid amount and if you got the offer it should be till the end date of the offer and then the plan can be changed. They change you plan as per thier wish and im not even getting the invoice of the actuall amount i have paid. Its a fraud company. I have paid the amount but they are not send the invoice of this 4k change amount
