I find AirWir reliable Broad Band Service Provider.Their service is excellent and response is prompt.Their billing is also methodical and absolutely no confusion in their bills.I am satisfied and happy that I am dealing with AirWir which meets my need more than adequately.

I am very much satisfied with the service, I have been using there service since many months now, today one day the internet was not working, and the guys are so well trained they corrected the problem over phone call in no time. The service guy 'Saravana' was able to reset my router, perform all the necessary settings and then customised the settings on my request.
Keep up the good work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good service provider who cares for customers. I am using Airwir's services from the past one year and hardly faced any problems. Hardly twice in a year have I faced problem but that was also resolved quickly and efficiently.
I would like to thank their staff, especially Ms.Manjula, who takes care of the customer requests/complaints and handles them diligently. Good work team! Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using AirWir broadband for over 2 years now.Good service provider and effective customer care considering very limited service providers in my locality. Only concern at times is the off hours support (between 9 PM to 9 AM) and also can come up more bandwidth and data options. Overall satisfied with the provider so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from them - almost 90% of time service is down and there is no response. The speed plan of 60Mbps delivers 500 kbps to 800 kbps if you are lucky.
Another alternative is plan your work at midnight and all meeting at midnight or 1AM, you might get just about 1 Mbps to 2 Mbps if your plan is 60 Mbps
Typical excuses the service engineers make - Router not working (Direct LAN works), Now iam working on direct LAN with speed of 800kbps.
This problem iam facing since the start of service (6 months !!) - do not have any other service provider, hence stuck with my money and Airwir
