If you call customer care, they will asl us to call dealer. And many of the dealers have poor knowledge or dont have time to attend the problems.
Its company's duty to answer all our questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried contacting these guys. The sales team sucks. Poor response. Being a dealer, i tried purchasing the materials through them and the dump ladies when ever they lifts the calls act as they cant hear anything. Suspect either they are deaf or they act so. Never got a proper response even after trying back to back. I doubt need to go with other brand products instead since they are least bothered about dealers and end users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will call you for network Engineer position and offer 13k salary and ask for 5 years bond and give you BPO job.
If you sign on bond you will definitely see Dubai style of torture in the company.
Worst experience for friends , team leaders are living in dilama , no job training they will give a desk , a phone and a desktop , you need to wait for call and attend them. It's better to clean dishes in road side panipuri shop or working as a mechanic when compared to working in this company. At least they will have peace of life and good sleep , poor employees of this company don't have both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service. Company is least bothered to support their customers. Company will directly reject your call asking to contact the dealer who sold to us and neither dealers help in resolving the issue. Better try some other product in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Sonal....My office bio metric machine was not connected through my laptop to capture the monthly attendance report then i contact to customer care and had a word with Ms Sonal -she had fixed my issue and short out my problem within in 10 minute . i really appreciate Sonal Mam for her special support.Excellent support by sonal.

SO Guys please don't purchase eSSL device it's a totally waste of money.
