β β β β β I was looking for a certified water testing lab in my JP nagar area when I came across Prewel Labs. It is situated at a comfortable distance from the main road. They are still following social distancing norms when a visitor arrives. My 5 old son was frequently suffering from food poisoning. So my family physician suggested me to get my drinking water and food tested at a NABL lab.
So I called some but was not convinced with some quoting very less prices which felt not right. I got in touch with the representative here after calling on the number in google maps. I gave for e coli test for water and microbiology test for food. Both start at 2000.
I had a nice experience with the staff they were understanding my conditione.
I would recommend testing in this lab as it's ISO and NABL certified. At least I am happy I got a good service here.

β β β β β The company staff is Very professional and ethical. I liked the interaction I had with them. Mr. Chetan O N is Very helping. He knows each & every details about the water Testing process & guide me what to do.Very comprehensive testing of water for potable purposes. He also advise me on what steps to take in case there is a problem with the water. There are lots of steps under which the test reports falls.
Keep going. All the best Incepbio team. ???

But the response i got was not good, i have contact them for water testing, i said to add H2S Along with their 19 parameters for which they are charging additional 1350 plus GST, Even i have contact some other Labβs they are accommodating H2S for the same price with 19 Parameters which prewel Lab is charging i.e βΉ 2000 plus 18% GST. Here there professionalism shows how reputed they are
