In a months like 1 or 2 weeks totally it will work remains day it will be down.

I transferred to place where they don't have connection.
I paid 6 months and then used for 2 months only.
you have unnecessarily deducted charges for free items.

3k for a cheap router.
That is nonsense.
What is bill adjustment charges.
You disconnect the connection without informing about your charges.
Such cheap stunts from big companies is astoinshing.
I would ensure as much loss to your business as I could do in my capacity.

I have requested for reconnection/location change, it's been a month now there is no progress, i call the Service Desk everyday but they can only provide me with the same update that they are escalating and will check with the technician.
