★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indirapuram centre- The car got cleaned alright, but it didn't start when I came back to pick it up! I waited for an hour, some local non-descript mechanic was called by their team who suggested that there's water intrusion into the engine system somewhere in petrol line. The car started after some 2 hours by itself, maybe some water dried, but is now showing engine EPC error, and excess engine vibrations. Their team said they're not responsible as they don't know in what condition the car was in previously. I'll soon visit VW service centre and update their diagnosis here.

For detailing the work done was quite impressive, starting from minor scratch removal to complete detailing, giving proper information about what are the steps and ETA for each steps.
The customer interaction is really good and the way a customer is treated makes your day over there. Highly recommended and to got and detailing done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. I was on a week long trip in himachal and when. I cam back I needed an expert like them. They had 3 packages, I went for gold one. Polish, vaccuming of seats, engine clearing using steam, pressure wash under the car which took off major cement stuck during the trip, They took 1.5 hrs to perform this ultra cleaning, and made the car look new again , from INSIDE as well. Polished all tyres as well. Car was smelling fresh AF. After cleaning they made me go through all the minor details including engine part. Must visit. Thank you. ACW price of wash 750 for gold wash + GST around 850. Paytm accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update - I got a call from Karan next day after adding this feedback and he asked me to take the car back to the detailing center. We took the car back and they removed the marks without any charge.
Initial feedback - Ceramic coation feedback: (Kenzo by IGL coatings done by Active car wash Indirapuram, Ghaziabad)
After going through feedbacks provided by someone on this group and doing some research for the product we decided to get ceramic coating on our Dark edition beast. After 1st week of ceramic application, we saw these marks on right side of bonnet. Car was not washed and cleaned daily with microfiber cloth after ceramic coating for a week (as told by Active wash indirapuram).
We took the car back to Active wash and they asked us to either go with option 1) they will remove the marks for 3500rs or 2) they will apply one ceramic again on bonnet for 6000rs.
Please beware of such companies who do not stand for their products, applications or warranties.
Editing post after owners reply - that the car is in this state after an year. Adding more images to prove that white stains/spots appeared on car after a weak.
