★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst connectivity..plz don't go for act
Everyday there is a connectivity issue,after calling so many time they were unable to solve it,pathetic service I have reacharged it for entire year while asking about withdraw for connection they are disconnecting the call and not escalating it to superiors,worst internet services don't go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My internet monthly plan is of Rs 599 and I have been paying Rs.647.82 including get every month . All of a sudden my June'20 bill has come for Rs.706.82 - why ? Nobody attends phones mentioned in your bill. Send me the correct bill to enable me to pay the same within due date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst broadband we have ever known. You can never talk to the customer support, no neither by calls, nor mails, nor even when you go to visit their office. Very poor response and very poor service. I sincerely recommend not to use this broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installation process is not prompt at all whilst the set up formality and collection of money is instant.
Every 3 days the connection stops working and I'm forced to call up the helpline to get a technician who comes at his own convenient time and does temporary repairs.
Extremely unhappy. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service on the earth. Nobody gives any response. Despite of my several calls, the customer service personnel has not bothered to attend. Every time, I receive repeated voice messages stating that your call is important to us. Pl wait . It goes on for hours together. I made a mistake in selecting them for both internet connection and cable network. All the programmes in the cable TV are scrambled and news channels are either scrabled or not opening or mentioned as illegal service or something of that sort.
