★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Network outage is too frequent. All they want is payment, once it is done, they never respond to customer queries. Sometimes, the network issues persist for more than 2 days. Customer care is the worst you'll ever witness. I even think that this 1 star rating is more than what they deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service I have seen. Internet goes off every alternate day due to some technical issues. They test the customer's patience. Very dissatisfied. On 17.06.2021, at 6.45 pm, Internet disconnected. I was trying to call customer care, but no response. Then I was continuously calling our area Excell technician. But he too didn't respond, because he knew & so didn't respond. Later, I tried another technician number, who accidentally lifted my call. I requested him to call our area technician & inquire about the reason for internet disconnection problem. But no response. After half an hour, I tried both numbers, no answer. I never recommend EXCELL to anybody. In fact, I am going to drop a request for disconnecting my account & ask for refund of my advance payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The poorest and the worest connection for kommadi. review also giving waste to this service.. I am keep on getting issues with u r service no one is responding... Due to poor internet service I am wasting my leaves also.. When my shift starts... Net will stop and customer care was not responding immediately after giving complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet services ever.
Data per money is not that great.
Internet speed is very bad(I have to call them 3 days a week but they never resolved my problem). There are days I used to get speed in kbps (my plan is 50mbps)
Customer services and technical support, let's not talk about them, because not even a single representative (not even their head or manager) don't know a thing about how internet works. They only know how to check ping.
Recently, they renewed my plan without my permission and opinion and shared the invoice with me which is unethical and no one likes.
Please don't opt to this broadband.
I think 1 star is more for their services.
I failed in many of online professional certified test because of their bad internet services.
They got so many privacy and latency issues with their servers.

Internet will go down at least once in a week.
There is Rain - Internet will go off
There is Wind - Internet will go off
You sneeze - Internet will go off
You cough - - Internet will go off
And no one will attend your calls. Technician will take his own time to attend your issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving any rating is not worth enough. In Vizag, you will have maintenance issues almost every alternate day and will not have connection for 4-6 hours in the prime office hours between 11AM to 3 PM (mind you OUR office hours). These guys work like public sector not reachable after 4.45PM & before 10AM and least bothered about the customers. Moving out of EXCEL BROADBAND service although i have a month connection still available.
