The knowledge you get from the trainers here is the best, they are eager to help and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there.
Well maintained hygienic space and advanced equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a little over 2 weeks with AD fitness. I should say a very dedicated team of coaches to train each each one of us. Person attention on workouts and diet, cost effectiveness, constant motivation, and a flexible timing are some of the key feature I got when joined here.
I did like the option of Aerobic/Yoga/meditation classes on Saturdays (that's a stress relief) and have never been more satisfied with a gym membership! Happy to find this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I step in to workout at Ad Fitness I’m greeted with a smile, offered help in my workouts. Amazing place, as the name says and it is a perfect place for life transformation. Highly dedicated and knowledgeable team of coaches under the Guidance of Aravind Sir. The trainers are very helpful in teaching the correct form. The gym is extremely clean and well-maintained with the varied range of equipments. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get back into shape.

Best equipments, clean & hygienic, experienced and focused trainers, reasonably priced membership plans, science based workout plans and diet consultation, very organized in every aspect. You can't ask for any better quality gym for your fitness journey. Visit once and you will know it yourself.

*Dedicated and committed trainers.
*Safe place for women.
*Personal attention even for general training.
* Cross functional workouts - Many new workout routines such as Flowin, TRX, and so on.
*Interesting workout plans. Every month you get a revised plan with more enhancements added to the previous one.
*AD sir's management. He is extremely professional at his work and does due diligence to provide a good environment and interesting workout routines for each and every individual. He is very knowledgeable about health, nutrition, and fitness.
*Reasonable fees.
*One of the best gyms in Vijayanagar.
Cons:
*None from my end.
It's your loss, if you choose any other gym over AD Fitness in Nagarabhavi (and maybe Vijaynagar too).
