★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an average bill coming between 4000 but last month we get billed for 14500. We complain about to reliance office they told us to pay first after that our engineers take action on your complaint. But they didn't help us after paying bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. We have no power since last 28 hours and the response from Reliance is terrible. They are worst the Electricity provider in my experience. I deal with BEST, MSEDC and have never faced such an issue.
I think inefficiency and corruption seems to be their life line and wish Arvind Kejriwal can expose their nexus sooner than later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service in the first floor were very helpful. They helped with name change process. Systems were down and instead of waiting it out they used that time to check documents so that they can action soon as systems were working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is located adjacent to nadco shopping centre in front of the municipal hospital on s.v road, the work efficiency is slow these days due to covid 19 but if you go early and have enough hours to spend, only then you should go, there is no amenity to sit, you have to stand everywhers.
