★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is really small and cannot accommodate more than 2 people at a time. One has to que outside in the open. This is particularly tough on a hot day. Visited to pay a bill so service was quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Power customer relations centre is situated exactly opp. to Dr. Harbada's Clinic, this centre can accommodate or handle 5-6 customer's at a time for any complaint or for making payment.
I reached to this office between 2:15 pm during the lunch time, security didn't even allowed me to be in & allowed to sit, I have to wait outside in the hot humid weather, so here it shows how much they care for their customer's.
People travelling from Malad to Goregaon, it'll be not easy to see the hoarding of Tata Power from opp. side of road. So I have mentioned a clinic's name on the top to verify easily.
Also, people who are travelling from Ram Mandir towards Goregaon, it'll be bit confusing to find this centre, so it's beside to Suryoday Bajaj showroom & Rahi electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has been tagged incorrectly in Google map. This centre is on the opposite side of the road and not where it is marked on the map. It is a very small store for anyone to miss passing by but look out for Sarvodaya Bajaj showroom on SV road, this is right next to them.
The staff behaviour is a little rude, but they get the work done.
