★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area is safe environment for residents. In Shantigram, we lived in Meadows. There are swimming pool, gym, free space, and kids play areas. Pool is ok, but some showers remaind broken. Gym was clean, so I used to go there and enjoyed exercising, but suddenly those areas became chargeble to use for renters. So I give this residence area three stars. Waterlily and northpark are more atteactive.

Provides a good environment and amenities like gym, club, football ground, cricket ground, temple, walking and jogging track, cycling track. Water Lilly is a Luxurious project of 4 BHK and a water body around the buildings. Ready possession flats available and new upcoming projects of 2BHK and 3 BHK launched and would be ready by 2023. An ideal place to spend your life time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is full of natural beauty and it's quite difficult to start with. Starting with the location, yeah it's quite far from the city which I feel drains the energy in travelling only. It is a township developed by Adani with almost every need present inside it. The infrastructure of the township is excellent with good parking facility and clean roads. The location can be quite easily be located. The whole premises of this township is connected with nature like a green premise. I do suggest you to visit at least ones to feel the connection with nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like a mini-city in itself with possibly everything one would ever need. Initially, one might get lost amongst the buildings. However, once you get a hang of it, it's easy to navigate.
There is a shopper's plaza which has multiple shops to cater to various needs. Apart from that, there's a temple, a cricket ground, a football ground, a swimming pool and endless roads within Shantigram itself.
The only drawback is that the residential schemes are at least 1.5 kms from the main entrance which is on the road. The guards are helpful and for any issues one may face, there is a facility office which arranges whatever you require, electrician, plumber, etc.
There are MyByk stations too, for those who fancy cycling. There's a gym and if you don't prefer it, one can always go for a run on the roads. There's greenery all around thanks to excellent gardening efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury, Leasers and Hospitality. Place is extremely high class living place. Appartments, Bunglow water bodies and club house with shoping market. Golf course office complex and much more. High class place for supper rich people. Highly recommended for visit also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there yesterday for the very first time in that whole area.
It's like you are visiting small town which is very amazing and green with less pollution and all necessary things.
It is a private property, there are one shopping mall is there in which many shops available like for cake, lunch, shopping, stationary, food, vegetables etc.
There are two wheeler and 4 wheeler parking and mybyk cycle is there.
You can use by installing mybyk app.
They are having their own cricket ground, golf club, football ground and so on.
It's just that you have to visit that place to see it's beauty because I can't express in just words???❤️.
There is garden and jogging path is available. I have seen many people including old people and younger also , it's safe to walk there.
Villa are there with swimming pool and apartments are there with corporate office.
Khodiyar railway station is just next to it.
I suggest just visit once, but yes bring your vehicle or rent mybyk cycle from there so it will be easy otherwise you will be tired if you want to visit whole property by walking only.
And yes some areas are under construction.
Just go guys??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just fell in love with this place ! ? It's, perhaps, one of the best and the most expansive integrated townships in the country housing world class schools, pools, golf courses, cricket and football stadiums, temples, marketing malls. We had great fun driving on wide roads and boulevards here. The Adani towers (Adani Corporate Headquarters) is also inside this township.
