★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best place to stay. Serene, peace, close to nature. The best thing is that I can see sunrise and sunset from house and 12 hours of natural light. Eagerly waiting for winters to enjoy the view from my house. Beautiful farms and everyday birdwatching mainly peacocks.

Later in shocking revelation to all of our waterlily residents, we came to know that big Sewage Treatment Plant is going to come just beside wall of our society and its huge to the capacity that entire Gandhinagar and even surrounding area like zundal, Khoraj Khodiyar's sewage water will be treated there. This is insane and rude shock to entire Shantigram as it will affect entire Adani once functional. Currently we had fight and stay for short time but appears they are about to start any time soon.
Those who are going to purchase house in Amogha, Aster or Storeys be aware and come to waterlily and ask 10 person about STP. You will get all facts clear from each and every person as we all are fighting hard there and about to sell our homes once STP is about to functional.

Beautiful and serene place where I do live. Once you enter here — a separate land yet in Ahmedabad. Good option for active and healthy life where track for jogging/running/walking is there with breathtaking view. Cycling around is always joy. Good and well maintained amenities like gym. View of lake is exotic from balconies. Waterlily is specially good scheme in Adani Shantigram where apartment is spacious and well designed.

There is an artificial lake. It is surrounded by a path on the main road side which has benches, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. It has cute fishes too.
