★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management nobody is answering the queries and no revert on possession date. Everytime new person is appointed to deal with the clients and they are not aware about the status. Prolonged and delayed construction process without reason and lethargic people they are thats what I can say. Not at all bothered for the clients valuable money invested. It feels like mentally harassment by investing in this scheme.

They have very conjusted life's.For residential persons very tough for sustainable.The Devanand group the owner of the Devnandan Parisar is really worst behaviour with customers.They assured the one of our friend to give possession in two. and half year but actually they have given possession after 6 years so many customers suffered by them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 2 months I moved to Devnandan Parisar 2 but till date they have not provided the toilet seat in one of the toilet, every time they give excuses. Also they arevnot giving me the index paper regarding my flat. ( Poor management )

BU permission is not ready...
Not registered at RERA...
Nice peaceful place but all documents are not clear...
So I highly recommend that don't buy a flat(home) here...
Just live on Rent if you like this place.....
