β β β β β Flat owners can you please reach out to right2correspond at the rate gmail dot com. Will not recommend for new buyers as CRM folks do not respond and you do not know what is happening. All your hard earned money close to 50 plus lacs and these people do not respond. I hope higher management is reading these reviews or even they do not care Iβm not sure. I wanted to invest more and was interested in Adarsh villa projects but will stay away and also tell all my friends and family to stay away.

β β β β β I had booked an apartment on 19th March, first I lose out on the PMAY scheme,valid till 31st March 2021 as there was delay in getting allotment letter, hence the loan sanction was also delayed..now the financer NOC is pending, if I don't recieve that from builder by month end, I ll lose out on the processing fee concession and interest rate from SBI. Adarsh Management, see that these processes don't take time, when you say that everything is pre approved from leading banks..for a seamless customer experience.. I would love to give you a 5 star rating if you resolve this.
My loan got sanctioned on 5th April, today I come to know that inspection is pending, after 20 days also I dont have the Financer NOC, is this a joke?
Update as on 22nd June: After endless chasing over 1.5 months..got the NOC Soft copy and the loan is disbursed, but the coordination is still very poor which can be improved a lot.
Update 21.09.21- construction is going on at a steady pace.look forward to see if Adarsh can commit to the timeline.CRM has improved a bit over what it was 6 months ago.

Not a single penny worth investment. If you want to buy a virtual Apartment you can go ahead and buy.
Those who book hold your breath fo next 10 years to get the apartment.
Move to another developers RTM.
Worst experience in visiting and talking to Adarsh staff. Show off no use. Serious buyers stay away for betterment.
Sales team sitting and wasting customer time and not polite at all.All frauds wasting time.

β β β β β May 2022 Update - There is still no progress in the project and they have sent the same photos (just added them to ppt). The team is really unresponsive now and there is no response to the email.
This is a grave area of concern now. I will update this post every month.
Hello Prospective buyer,
There is no progress in phase I from past 6 months or so, they have been cheating people by attaching other towers photos while raising the demand for funds. Below things are wrong with this project
1. You are not allowed to visit the construction area. I still did somehow manage to sneak in there and to my surprise there were very few people and I could not see things moving from my last visit.
2. They are selling phase II like hotcakes, by making people believe that the construction is going smooth and on timely basis.
3. If I speak about Phase I due dates in terms of the progres, already they are running 6 months late from the dates promised at the time of booking.
4. Everytime I send them an email, they keep saying this month we will show some progress. But it's not happening. Also the last demandhad pictures attached from other building in phase I, so clearly they are cheating here.
5. Finally every other day they are launching new projects.
All this makes me wonder whether something is wrong and people are being showed a fake picture.
DO NOT FALL for this. I will keep updating this forum with future updates.

β β β β β Under Construction projects from Adarsh are too high risk to take. Several projects (like Adarsh Lakefront since 2015) stall, banks like HDFC stop lending to the project after a while, and the RERA deadlines make no difference to the group, or to the promoter. Overall, a construction risk on any Adarsh project would generally be a disaster.

β β β β β Adarsh greens have come up with a wonderful project on Kogilu road near jakkur lake providing a residential apartment ( mostly 2BHKs)ΰ₯€
Second phase was launched yesterday( 18 Feb) in which about 360 apartments are coimg up in three towersΰ₯€
Houses have been priced very reasonably and complete project looks fabulous with large number of facilities and amenities coming for all age groupsΰ₯€
The apartments were being sold out like hot cakes and about one fourth inventory got sold out in first two daysΰ₯€ The project being closer to all places of importance like Hebbal flyover, airport, Yehlanka new town, jakkur, Manyata and all thus have a very big appreciation in coming yearΰ₯€ Project completion is around July 2025ΰ₯€ First phase would be handed over by Oct 2024 as same was launched few months agoΰ₯€

β β β β β Its a bit scary to see that the project doesnt have any progress from the last 1 year. Phase 1 was launched 1 year back. Bankers have stopped lending money to Adarsh. Now they're coming up with Phase 2 to cheat people with their hard earned money. Stay away from such builder and instead look at other builders like Brigade, Prestige, Bren, Century whose quality is top notch and good progress.
