★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being spent more than a year in Amigo Lakeview, my experience with respect to the environment in the Apartment is considered is very bad. The builder has not yet fulfilled any of the promises he made in last one year (which I observed) but he doesn't delivered anything promised 2 years before as per the early occupants are concerned. Some of the major issues I am listing here.
1. OC not yet received
2. Gym & Club House not yet constructed
3. CC Tv Cameras not installed,
4. Swimming pool maintenance not doing consistently
5. Security personals are worst in our apartment and etc...
In addition to this, personally I am feeling that the Builder (Amigo Shelters) preferably sell the property to a particular segment of the people (which you can observe if you visit the apartment). So please consider all these points when you planning to buy a property in any of the proposed projects constructed by Amigo Shelters.
