★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This house in pyramid is very spacious I saw it yesterday and loved it , builder has kept people happiness in mind and has built good spacious house and it's more beautiful as there lord temple created outside too and it's as per vastu all the rooms and I must say if compared to other builders I will definitely go for this to have beautiful home and must say if u want a beautiful home u must see this pyramid bilberry constructed in upcoming high value place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company and projects please Dont invest or buy any property or give any advance they are cheaters will take your money and cheat you. So please Dont buy here they will take all your money. You will be in trouble they will take advantage of your money being with them and will not refund and give excuses about economy and you paying them money do not pay them any money. I have personally experienced and am suffering. Tell friends and relatives also this company is only wanting your money so do not invest they will not pay you back. The construction is also of low quality and no government bylaws have been followed by them. Remember my words when you buy they will trouble you do not buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ located in proper residential layout very calm and peaceful place..i own a flat here currently staying from last 2 month's. pyramid builder's have done a pretty fair job so far though the construction is still under progress complying with rera.
pros:- excellent location, very Good construction specially with no common walls, decent fittings.
.
Cons:- lacks finishing in interior walls, painting, washroom tiles finishing..but still its understood and neglectable considering the affordable pricing by pyramid builder's for this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this project a month ago...for buying a flat in North Bangalore.
Pros:
Reasonably good vastu for believers.
Basic structure looks good. Plan is good for front row.
Cons:
Location is very remote with least access to public transport.... Difficult to commute in the late night if you are late from office or business. Not very safe now...I felt.
POOR finish.
Unevenly laid floor tiles
Low quality doors & frames. Cracks in the walls already.
Low priced & Basic model fixtures in bathrooms.
Feels conjusted because of high density of flats.
No OC available a month ago...Now, I donot know..
I felt the price is higher for the location and the quality given.....
Ofcourse, it's an individual choice to decide again... Good luck.
