Do not think thag people are not watching. Your design is way different than shown during sales. Be ready for a big revolt soon. Better correct your mistakes before customers back up and tarnish the image of the brand. This is the worst project IMO, CRM team is horrible and shocking to see such irresponsible team hired to drive.
For customers who plan to buy, pls drop me a note, I will expose all gaps in this project and past issues that have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bricklane is a beautiful property, recently visited the site, the manager there was extremely patient and took us through the whole project. The price is a little high, but as of now seems worth the buck. Will keep you posted on the handover process is and aftersales process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a flat by reputed builder for some time and zeroed in on Bricklane by Brigade. Visited the site yesterday. Looks decent with great construction quality as expected from Brigade. The site attendant was very helpful (sorry could not remember the name). Looks like a good place for my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team was great. Helped us with the loan and transaction was smooth. Everything after that has been a hassle. There is no designated person for Bricklane if you have queries to discuss. The common email id response time is always more than 7-10days. They have no problem calling us for a payment against an invoice but would never share a phone number to reach them for discussing discrepancies. My experience with the CRM team has only been disappointing so far.

It's G+4 apartments; amazing children's play area, Restaurant, Grocery store, Barbecue, half basketball court?, tennis court?, jogging track, swimming pool?♀️, garden?, sitting area and beautiful floral greenery will be developed by BRIGADE Bricklane. An always promising and trustworthy brand! Situated near to airport, in kogilu main road, yelahanka, availing Cauvery water and covered under BBMP, suitable for anyone either for investment or for self use; even for rental it's feasible. I'd been to the construction site and it's very reliable and strong. The possession time will be on or before Dec 2021. And lastly the sales team was very humble, patient and warm welcoming. Overall it's a 10 on 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Until you buy a flat here, the sales folks will be after you day and night for payment. They will be very sweet and ready to answer every question. After buying, no one cares. All problems I have faced with Brigade Bricklane have gone unanswered. No one picks up my calls or replies to my emails. Their email address "here4you" is just useless. They use it only to demand money from you.
If I visit their office, not a single Brigade employee is present because they are working from home.
I feel bad for referring so many people to this Brigade Bricklane project. I had waited for so many years to buy a flat from this brand, and feel I made a huge mistake. Appearances are deceptive. You guys are spoiling the Brigade brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited first time after booking the flat, overall phase1 project work not done as expected. Concrete seatings are not looking pleasant in external area, I hope brigade will change the seating finishes as per brochure.
