Unprofessional working culture at this place, no way of talking with professionals, a pathetic place to work. Please do not try this ever if you have talent in yourself. If negative rating will be available then I will give them the lowest.

Worked 1 year 8 months. I will give you my life experience: How I was able to join this group? Applied on their official website. What was the level of interview? Mr. Amit Murao, an architect, took my interview not Mr. Israfil who is a well deserving, hard working and knowledgeable Civil Engineer.Questions were like what is rate charged by the mason, do you have knowledge in the site works, etc. What was the offer? I was a fool trapped in Mr. Murthy's luring tricks. I was getting Rs. 20000 but he told me that he can give me Rs. 18000 and within 6 months I might be able to replace respected Israfil sir. I was a fresher and under pressure of education loan, which he knew and exploited it fully. How was the working environment and level ? Working environment, phew.. forget it. Mr. Murthy treats every single employee except Mr. Murao like his servant. I know you won't believe me and I expect you to not. Level of working is like this.. only 2 architects design the whole building and any other qualified architect's idea is just wrong. Building costing and even structural design is done by Mr. Murthy. I was shocked when he told me that I know nothing and wasted my parents money. Overall, I left the company when I almost reached at the humiliation stage of suicide. I literally called my parents and sisters one day before resignation to ask them to save me. I remember Mr. Sandeep, a brilliant architect and Mr. Arvindan, a brilliant person and Civil Enginner, were there. I cried in front of them. To whomsoever it may concern, Please don't work here. Working as an architect might be a dream for you but here it will become your haunting nightmare. I remember words of a senior Civil Engineer, Mr. Ravi who also worked here," Ye aadmi nahi hai beta. Ye bura waqt hai tumhara. Jhel lo isko kisi tarah se, aage aise hi aadmiyo ko tumhe smhalana hai." Rest I leave it you, work here and then please review this place. Thank you for reading. Update on 6th February, 2019: Reply to the response received from the owner - You can't recall the whole incident Sir because with all due respect, I was at the receiving end and not you. Reason you told me that there was increased workload because people were leaving because they were not considered assets but just some people paid to do the work. One more thing Sir, whether this incident happened yesterday or today or tomorrow the fact is that it happened with me for more than a year. This experience was not a mistake done by you but a deliberate action. You would never know the fear and the shame I have gone through. Even today I can't speak to my seniors if something is happening wrong with me. If you really want to apologise for what happened, then just do a promise to me, if you can Sir, that you will never treat any employee like you have been doing.

3rd class place.. They think employee are machine not human.. They want 12 hours minimum working time for office.. Which is practically not possible .. Not professional and do not know how to communicate with employee.. I 'll recommend to please check review before joining this small shop
